VectorEX
PAPER TRADING · simulated funds, real market prices

Autonomous BTC/ETH trend‑following, running 24/7.

VectorEX is a small fleet of rule-based trading bots — a TSMOM ensemble, a Donchian ensemble and a New-York-open session strategy — trading BTC and ETH around the clock on OKX market prices. No discretion, no hype: every decision is logged, and every number on this page comes from the live engine.

What VectorEX is

Trend BTC

A TSMOM ensemble on BTC, 4-hour bars. Momentum votes over 14/30/60/120-day windows set the direction; position size scales with conviction and volatility. Long or short — or flat when the signals disagree.

Trend ETH

The same trend ensemble on ETH: risk-targeted sizing, volatility-scaled positions, and a rebalance band that keeps it from churning. No leverage stacking.

NY Open

A session strategy on BTC and ETH: it measures the first 30 minutes of the New York session, trades the opening-range move in the direction of the higher-timeframe trend, and is flat by 16:00 NY. One trade a day, maximum.

Breezy

A Donchian-channel breakout ensemble on BTC and ETH, 4-hour bars. Nine lookbacks vote on direction, size scales with conviction under a 60% volatility target, and a trailing channel stop manages exits. Long or short — it joined the board only after surviving out-of-sample validation.

The engine. Every decision, fill and fee is logged and visible on the public dashboard. Position sizes come from a volatility-targeted risk model, session strategies are flat by end of day, and a remote kill switch can flatten all positions in one command. The fourth bot — Breezy, a Donchian-channel ensemble on BTC and ETH — joined the board after surviving out-of-sample validation, alongside the two trend bots and the session strategy.

Research

How a strategy gets here: in-sample/out-of-sample splits, fees and funding in every number, and it only ships if it survives out-of-sample. Full write-ups — the TSMOM replication, the Donchian ensemble, the NY-open backtest — publish on a weekly cadence alongside the performance updates. The first ones land here as they ship.

FAQ

Is this live money yet?
No. Every bot is in paper trading: simulated funds, real OKX market prices. The badge at the top of this page flips to LIVE only when real capital is on — not before.
Can I run the bots myself?
The engine is open source (beebots), and the strategy rules described on this page are the actual rules the bots run — the same ones the research notes document. Nothing is hidden. The paid tiers, when they arrive, buy alerts and curation, not secrecy.
Which exchange?
OKX. The bots read OKX market prices, and the affiliate link is the same venue. Affiliate link — we earn a commission on fees, at no cost to you.
What’s the risk model?
Volatility-targeted position sizing instead of big leveraged bets, session strategies that are flat by end of day, and a remote kill switch that can flatten everything in one command. No leverage stacking, no martingale, no “it always comes back”.
